USER_LOGIN is the login name of the user account. This parameter is case sensitive and must never be
blank.
PASSWORD is the password associated with the user.
• Description:
This command, executed in XML, requests SL Power Management Controller to turn a node on or off.
Modify all compute node power
• Command:
