Solving Problems

Session Problems

MESSAGE: Terminal is not responding.

CAUSE: Various causes.

ACTION: Delete session and logon again.

ACTION: Press

Shift + Reset keys.

MESSAGE: Screen display is corrupted.

CAUSE: Communication problem between terminal and computer.

ACTION: Press

Clear display key.

MESSAGE: User cannot type data in a ﬁeld.

CAUSE: Input ﬁeld is full and you are in insert mode.

ACTION: Press

Insert char key again to change to overwrite mode.
