Configuration option Description

Target Loss Rate The loss rate that the HP Velocity will attempt to achieve for all active

HP Velocity-protected flows. TLR options are:

• 0.04%

• 0.1%

• 0.2%

• 0.4%

IP Address The list of IP addresses where the data flows will be protected by

HP Velocity.

When entering an IP address, use a space-separated list of CIDR-format IP

addresses and subnet mask pairs. For example, 192.168.1.0/24

145.76.53.3/32.

TCP Ports The list of TCP Port addresses where the data flows will be protected by

HP Velocity.

When entering port numbers, use a space-separated list of ports. For

example, 80 1750 175.

UDP Ports The list of UDP Port addresses where data flows will be protected by

HP Velocity.

When entering port numbers, use a space-separated list of ports. For

example, 80 1750 175.
