Calling HP Technical Support

If you need to call HP technical support, make sure to provide as much information about the

problem as possible. As a minimum, be prepared to supply the following:

• The circumstances surrounding the error or failure

• The Remote Web Console configuration information saved by the FD Dump Tool

• The exact content of any messages displayed on the Remote Web Console

• The severity levels and reference codes displayed on the Alerts tab on the Remote Web Console

main window.

• You cannot use the Release button until you apply (or cancel) your requested operation(s).
