Interval since issuing the KTQSTATS command (in seconds). This is the elapsed time
since the previous KTQSTATS command was issued. If the command has not been
issued yet or has been issued only one time, 0 is set.

The address and the pool ID of the volumes subject to the KTQRYDEV command is stored in the device
information structure.

Prefix of the structure name
The prefix of the device information structure name is the value specified for the STEM parameter of
the KTQRYDEV command.
