Removing the Keyboard Cover

Required Equipment

#0 Phillips screwdriver.

•

Small flat-blade screwdriver.

Removal Procedure

Unplug the AC adapter, if present, and remove the battery.

Use the flat-blade screwdriver to carefully pry up the right end of the keyboard cover, just above

the Delete key, then lift the cover off of the notebook.

Reassembly Notes

•

Insert the tabs on the left end of the cover into the slots in the notebook’s case, then gently press

along the length of the cover to snap it into place.
