CANNOT FIND /vs/trans/<application>.D OR MALLOC SPACE FOR IT
If you get the above message while running cdsrpt, take the following
remedial steps:
• Make certain the /vs/trans/<application>.D file exits and is current.
• Remove unnecessary files from the /vs/trans/ directory.

The codetype command identifies the type of coding header in a speech file
(SSP only).

Description
The codetype command identifies the type of coding header that is present
in a speech file. Codetype recognizes PCM64, ADPCM32, ADPCM16,
SBC24, SBC16, or CELP16 headers.
