Component Description

Sign with Certiﬁcate

Authority

Select the CA that will sign the certiﬁcate request.

Certiﬁcate Purpose Select where the certiﬁcate will be used, either on the client or the server.

Certiﬁcate Duration

(days)

Specify the period during which the certiﬁcate is valid. The default value for this ﬁeld

is 364, but

this value may not be larger than the maximum duration allowed for

the select

Certiﬁcate Request Select where the certiﬁcate will be used, either on the server or client.

Sign Request

Click Sign Request to sign the request.

k to return to the Local CAs tab.

Signed Certiﬁcates

Use the Show Signed Certs button to display all certiﬁcates signed by a local CA. Displaying signed

certiﬁcates helps you to track and maintain certiﬁcates on the SKM.
