Command Execution Error Messages

Cause. The command file file-name is not an EDIT (code 101) file.

Effect. The command is not executed. SWCI waits for the next command.

Recovery. Retry the command with an EDIT file.

Cause. An error occurred during an attempt to open the command file file-name. A

one-line textual description of the type of error encountered follows.

Effect. The command is not executed. SWCI waits for the next command.

Recovery. Retry the command with the correct syntax.

Cause. A SWITCH SC command failed.

Effect. The switch card does not switch to the CROSSED position. SWCI waits for the

next command.

Recovery. Retry the command. If the command fails again, change the key switch on

the SCC to the LOCAL position and toggle the switch on the switch card to the crossed

position manually.

Cause. A SWITCH SC command failed.

Effect. The switch card does not switch to the STRAIGHT position. SWCI waits for the

next command.

Recovery. Retry the command. If the command fails again, change the key switch on

the SCC to the LOCAL position and toggle the switch on the switch card to the straight

position manually.

***ERROR*** Obey file file-name was not opened successfully.

***ERROR*** SC slot-number did not switch to the CROSSED

position.

***ERROR*** SC slot-number did not switch to the STRAIGHT
