
Plot setup parameters
Type The type of plot (namely, Y-Slice).
ii The angle units field indicates the imits in wliich angular
arguments are interpreted: degrees, radians, or gradians.
EQ The expression, equation or function you want to plot.
Indep The name of one of the independent variables.
Depnd The name of the second independent variable.
Save When checked, the series of slices used in the
Animation animation, and the number of slices, are placed in histoiy.
When unchecked, all slices except the ciUTent slice are
deleted once you leave the plot window.
Gridmap plots
A gridmap plot transforms a specified sampling grid according to a
complex-valued function. The coordinates of each point in the sampling
grid are the inputs for the function.
The following example is a plot of sin((a:, yf).
