Right Side Cover Removal (Duplex)
7-10 Removal/Replacement Procedures
Right Side Cover Removal (Duplex)
To remove the right side cover:
1 Remove the paper output tray.
2 Open the top, back, and front covers.
3 Remove the two screws holding the right side cover in place.
4 Close the top cover.
5 Pull the cover out and away from the printer.
Replacement Note:
Tighten the screws first. Then, gently lift the bottom tabs into place. Hold the top of the
right side cover in place as you open the top cover. (This avoids the possibility of damag-
ing the top cover.)
The service kit is attached inside the right side cover.
