5. Remove the USB tape drive.

To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

Hard drive cage and hard drive backplane

To remove the component:

1. Power down the server (on page 26).

2. Remove the bezel ("Bezel" on page 27).

3. Remove the access panel ("Access panel" on page 28).

4. Remove all hot-plug hard drives ("Hard drives" on page 30).

5. Disconnect the power and data cables from the hard drive backplane and the system board

("System board components" on page 68).

6. Remove the hard drive cage and hard drive backplane.
