Resizing an instance does not succeed when a volume is attached to the instance

When you select “Resize Instance” In the
CloudSystem Portal, you see an error if
a volume is attached to the instance
1. Detach the volume from the instance.
2. Re-size the number of CPUs or amount of memory of the instance.
3. Reattach the volume.
