options are Round Robin, Extended Round Robin, Least I/O, Extended Least
I/Os, Least Blocks, and Extended Least Blocks. See 3.10.2 Setting Up the
HDLM Functions, and select the appropriate load balancing algorithm as

Support Cluster even if you are using cluster
