Explanation/Resolution: The HP P6000 Performance Advisor database might be inaccessible or
in an inoperable state. Wait for a few minutes and retry the task. If the issue persists, do the
following:
1. Stop the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Server service followed by the HP P6000 Performance
Advisor Database service.
2. Start the HP P6000 Performance Advisor Database service followed by the HP P6000
Performance Advisor Server service.
Then, retry the task.

Explanation/Resolution: The event records that you are trying to view might be purged. This happens
if a purge task is in progress at the same time when you are viewing the event records. Click
Refresh to refresh the Event Log page to view the updated list of event records.
