Create the managed printer list

Create your managed printer list using HP MPA. In the example above, create 14 MPL’s. With HP MPA you can

create clickable maps for each MPL as shown below. HP MPA can directly create one layer for clickable maps. The

remaining layers, such as Boise, Washington, and the United States, must be created outside of HP MPA and then

linked.

1. Start HP MPA

2. Under Managed Printer Lists, click Manage MPL view, and then select an MPL that was previously created and

click Next.

3. Click Clickable image map.

4. Click Configure

5. Click Select background image from library

6. Click the background image or upload a new image

7. Click Select image

8. Select a printer and click Add to map

9. Position the printer image on the map

10. Click Done when you have added all the printers to the menu map
