Export user-dened settings
1. Go to Tools > Options > Device Management > Conguration > User Dened.
2. Select the user-dened settings from the list.

Select the Select all checkbox.
3. Click the Export button. The Export User-Dened Settings wizard starts.
4. On the Conrm page, verify that the correct user-dened settings are listed, and then click the Export
button.
5. On the Save As window, navigate to and select the directory where you want to save the XML le.
6. In the File name box, enter a name for the XML le, and then click the Save button.
7. On the Results page, click the Done button.
Manage the PJL Repository
You can send a le or test le with PJL conguration options to one or more printers. You can choose to have the
le sent immediately or you can schedule it.
Use the following steps:
1. On the top menu bar, access Tools > Options > Device Management > Conguration > PJL Repository. The
PJL File Repository page is displayed showing current le names and descriptions.
2. To add a le to the repository, click Add File. The Add File dialog is displayed.
a. Type a unique le name or browse to the le.
b. Type a description and then click OK.
3. To delete a le:
a. Select the les from the list, and then click the Remove button.
b. On the Remove Files window, click the OK button.
Manage the Certicate Repository
Printers might need certicates to access some external web sites. You can store certicates in the certicate
repository, and then install those certicates on one or more printers. You can view detailed information for a
certicate, delete certicates, and include certicates in device conguration templates.
Use the following steps:
1. On the top menu bar, access Tools > Options > Device Management > Conguration > Certicate
Repository. The Certicate Repository page is displayed showing the certicates stored in the repository.
2. To import a certicate, click Import. The Open dialog is displayed. Browse to the certicate le, and then
click Open.
3. To delete a certicate, select the certicate, and then click Delete. A conrmation message is displayed.
Click OK.
4. To view a certicate, select the certicate, and then click View Details.
