Example
The following example shows the commands you would use to add
DISK60000 and DISK60100 to the spareset.
ADD SPARESET DISK60000
ADD SPARESET DISK60100
SHOW SPARESET
Removing a Disk Drive from the Spareset
You cannot delete the spareset—it always exists whether or not it
contains disk drives. However, you can delete disks in the spareset if
you need to use them elsewhere in your StorageWorks subsystem.
To remove a disk drive from the spareset:
1. Show the contents of the spareset using the following command:
SHOW SPARESET
2. Delete the desired disk drive using the following command:
DELETE SPARESET DISKnnnnn
Verify the contents of the spareset using the following command:
SHOW SPARESET
